My name is Miranda Harrison. On Saturday, Nov. 14, 2009 I was crowned Miss York County’s Outstanding Teen. I am very excited about this great opportunity and the chance to serve the people and communities of York County. This Web site is all about my journey this year, and about my trip to Miss Virginia Outstanding Teen in June 2010!
